NEW YORK, December 15, 2021– (BUSINESS WIRE) – FOX News Channel (FNC) closed its 25e anniversary by dominating all of basic cable during total day and prime time for the sixth consecutive year, according to Nielsen Media Research. During prime time, FNC attracted an average of 2,365,000 viewers and 374,000 on A25-54 and 233,000 on A18-49. Meanwhile, over the course of the total day, the network saw 1,328,000 viewers and 223,000 in the younger demo of 25-54 and 135,000 in A18-49. The network was the most watched basic cable network, wiping out CNN and MSNBC across the board, and the only cable network to deliver more than two million prime-time viewers and one million total per day.
