JACKSON, MI — Jackson and Tecumseh combined for 64 points.

And that was just the first half at Dungy Field of the homecoming football game at Jackson High School on Friday, September 30.

The scoring and on-track encounter feeling continued in the second half as Tecumseh won the match, 69-46.

The reunion night kicked off with five food trucks serving in the parking lot before the parade and the game.

The parade started from the Westwood Mall at 6 p.m. and went down Brown and Daniel streets to Wildwood Avenue and the school. The parade included floats, the marching band, and marchers from the various elementary schools around Jackson Public Schools.

At half-time, the reunion court was acknowledged, with seniors Kaspar Haehnle and Keiyera Johnson being crowned king and queen.
